How to use Megamail to check your email from any computer

There are often times when you need to check your messages or send an email but you are not at your normal computer. As an ImageWorks email client, you can use our exclusive Megamail service to access your email account from any internet-connected computer, anywhere, anytime.

All you need is to remember 3 things:

1. www.megamail.biz - that is the address of the Megamail website

2. your full email address - that is your Megamail login name

3. your email password - as advised to us when your account was configured.

There are a few things to remember about using Megamail as opposed to your normal email software:

1. Messages you send from Megamail will NOT appear in your desktop "sent mail" folder - if you want to retain a copy, send a copy to yourself when you are back at your computer

2. Messages you delete from Megamail will NOT appear in your desktop "inbox".

3. All Megamail messages - received, sent, and deleted to the Trash folder - are retained on the server until and unless you permanently delete them from within Megamail

4. your server mailbox can become filled with Megamail messages if you don't delete them, leading to warnings and errors due to reductions in available storage capacity.
